The way life to be lived

May 25, 2010

Work like you don’t need the money.
Love like you’ve never been hurt.
Dance like nobody’s watching.
Sing like nobody’s listening.
Live like it’s Heaven on Earth
-Mark Twain

This is how I want to live.

Anything lesser, I have fallen short.

Life is too short for insecurities and fear of failure.

I am still the helpless romantic,

the neurotic romantic pragmatic.

The view from 13th storey

May 24, 2010

Up on the 13th storey of the new office building,

I took a breather at the open terrace.

I chance upon the starry night sky, beautiful.

And I thought of you, how good to have you here too, to enjoy this beautiful night.

The one whom I always say, I will follow the stars to find you.

And I always do.

Let me some up my life in 1, 2, 3 words.

Feeling: Enigmatic

Thinking: On Task

Planning: The Next Step

Contemplating: Solution

Avenue: Seeking God

Process: Step by Step

Life: Sucks

Wanting: To Escape

Decide: To be Strong

God: Rocks

Leaders: Keep Watch

Friends: Cheers Me On

Physically: Tired

Emotionally: Worn out

Spiritually: Indignant and Unwavering

This is me, in a nutshell 🙂

I heart dale

Crazy things that I do for my friend. Drew this while waiting for her 🙂

Thank God for a friend who’s life is so hilarious and inspiring. I am encouraged by such a great and genuine heart for God and his people.

“No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.” 1 John4:12-13

I see the fingerprints of God through the people he had sent into my life. The different friendships that had add upon me in various ways. I hate your discipline at times, but I love the way you love me. God you ROCK! 🙂

The helpless romantic

May 9, 2010

So I throw my life in all that you are, coz I know you give it all for me.

When all else fade my soul will dance with you

where the love last forever

Recently, I had a discussion with a friend on our weakest link.

What is something that will cause us to fall from God.

I ask her to make a guess. She replied, pragmatic reasons.

I smiled, and replied, not exactly, I’m a helpless romantic.

I want to live a life, romancing God, rejoicing life, refreshing others.
